Individual Therapy:

- 1:1 Therapy Sessions: In person at one of our chosen clinics in Swanbourne or St Neots.
- 1:1 Remote Therapy Sessions: Delivered through Microsoft Teams to be carried out at home.

- Facilitated by the therapist to a group of 4-6 clients (Disorder-specific i.e. Anxiety / Depression etc.)
- Recommended for individuals affected by Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD)

- Mental Health training: Disorder Specific i.e. Anxiety/Depression etc.
- Trauma-Informed Care Training: Designed to support organisations providing care to young people affected by Trauma and/or Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE's).
